- Employing over 2,000 people globally our in house capabilities encompass design, development, manufacturing and testing to respond quickly and accurately to customer's needs and provide the most reliable connectivity solutions.**Job Description**:
- Perform full spectrum of order fulfillment activities through timely order processing and on time delivery
- Manage all aspects of Purchase orders and Enquiries from Customers and Distribution partners and provide responses and solutions in timely manner
- Support revenue generating activities and other Sales administration as stipulated by CSR Manager (e.g reporting duty)Duties & Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Perform full spectrum of Order fulfillment function and ensure on-time delivery
- Raise Purchase order in ERP system
- Review and generate RFQ in CRM system
- Handle Customer enquiries, Complains with appropriate level of Customer Satisfaction
- Coordinate with Planning and Production team for on-time delivery and expedite shipment as required
- Work with cross-functional team (Sales, Engineer, Quality, Supply Chain, Tech support, Logistic, Planning and Finance..etc) for solution and provide timely response to Customer
- Support Sales for all aspect of revenue generating activities
- Track business transactions, generate report and other administrative duties as stipulated by CSR manager, Sales manager or VP
- Willing to work extra hours if required
The Individual
What you'll definitely need
- Minimum Diploma with 3+ years of order fulfillment or customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience in manufacturing industry is required.
- Basic computer skill is mandatory and knowledge of salesforce or Glovia or other ERP system is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and to communicate effectively, verbally and written in Mandarin and English
- Ability to keep composure under a variety of distributors and customers related situations
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill is a must
- Must be a team player
- Ability to perform day-to-day duty with strong attention to detail and timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectation.
- Ability to monitor work to ensure quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
