- Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in healthcare business development or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
**Appointment Scheduling**:
- Coordinate and schedule doctor consultations, ensuring optimal use of healthcare providers' time.
- Manage appointment calendars and make adjustments as needed.
**Patient Communication**:
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary pre-appointment instructions.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and requests related to consultations.
**Medical Records Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records for all patients.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations in handling patient information.
**Collaboration with Healthcare Providers**:
- Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and patients to facilitate effective communication.
- Relay important information from patients to healthcare providers and vice versa.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
