We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution.
Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals.
Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Executive.
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
