**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Talent Sourcing and Acquisition**:
- **Develop and execute sourcing strategies** to attract top IT talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- **Manage the end-to-end recruitment process**, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- **Client Engagement and Management**:
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with clients** to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide **updates on recruitment progress** and ensure satisfaction with the recruitment process.
- Develop and **maintain a talent pipeline** of qualified IT professionals for current and future opportunities.
- **Market Intelligence and Insights**:
- **Conduct competitor analysis** and market research to identify potential recruitment opportunities and strategies.
