Receptionist/administration

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to inquiries from clients, guests, and employees.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Keep an updated record of staff whereabouts and availability.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
**Salary**: ₹10,355.42 - ₹23,089.02 per month
