- **Maintenance and Hygiene**:
- Clean and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the kitchen and storage areas are clean and organized.
- Properly store and label ingredients to prevent cross-contamination.
- **Team Support**:
- Work under the supervision of senior chefs and provide assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely service.
- Train and mentor junior team members or trainees, if applicable.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:
- Monitor stock levels of spices, ingredients, and other materials needed for the tandoor section.
- Inform the supervisor or chef about inventory needs or issues.
