Online Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze online sales performance and customer feedback. Manage online sales campaigns and promotions. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers. Monitor and analyze competitor activity. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service. Manage customer inquiries and complaints. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Prepare and present reports to senior management. Experince in Whatsapp Marketing, E commerce Marketing, Other Market places sales boost.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.Freshers are also welcomed with good knowledge/1-3 years of experience in online sales and customer service.Proven track record of success in online sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
