Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential customers, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting the company's products, negotiating and closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the snacking industry and consumer trends
- Previous experience in field sales or related roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain and Deploy Online Bulk Consumer purchase portals such as Indiamart and JustDial for leads.
