**Job Purpose**

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our company. This position will interact across the IT, sales, financial and accounting organizations collaborating on the implementation of best practices through systems, integration, and strategic programs.

The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in the support of our current Salesforce environment and user community. You should have ability to self-motivate and be able to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment.

**What You Will Do**:

- Manage Salesforce Level 1 ITOM service requests (internal case management) within established Service Level Objectives
- Support periodic org maintenance and data cleanup as requested by Salesforce IT Product Owner
- Continuous monitoring of Salesforce org performance and security risks
- Assist with Managed Package installs and access management
- Participate in future Salesforce strategic initiatives and projects as a key salesforce admin role
- And other duties as assigned.

**What to Bring**:

- 2-3 years experience
- SFDC Certified Admin - Sales Cloud, Services Cloud, CPQ
- Maintaining a medium complex Salesforce org (500+ users, semi-complex sharing model, flow automations, 3rd party/managed packages and API integrations)
- Acting as the first line of support for users managing a case management queue for incident and support requests
- Example case management responsibilities: user management (roles, profiles, permissions), integration user account(s) management, maintaining the security model, record types, workflows, page layouts, reports & dashboards, data management (importing/upserting/merging records)
- Working with Application Integrations (Some API/development work, requirements gathering, data mapping, transformation, testing)
- Working with external orgs with mínimal supervision for solution support (SFDC Premier Support, Quorum IT Security and Desktop Support teams, other 3rd party consultants and vendor solutions)
- Maintaining and customizing the Salesforce org using best practices. Full understanding of options, such as automation, record types vs. page layouts
- Deep understanding of release management - managing multiple Development, Test and Production Organizations
- Must be Self-sufficient: know where to find help online, user communities, Trailblazer, etc.
- Plans for and executes on new Salesforce Releases
- Excellent communication skills required for interactions with both technical and business users

**Nice to Have**:

- Mulesoft Integration Platform experience is a big plus
