- **Customer service**: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and grievances
- **Sales**: Generating leads, closing sales, and meeting sales quotas
- **Customer database**: Maintaining an up-to-date customer database and records
- **Customer communication**: Communicating with customers on the phone, making welcome calls, and fixing appointments
- **Customer follow-up**: Following up with customers to ensure their requests and complaints are addressed
- **Customer feedback**: Recording customer feedback and making customers feel heard
- **Sales calls**: Keeping a record of all sales calls and notes of useful information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
