**Responsibilities**
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding market share and increasing revenue within the assigned region.
- Set clear sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for the sales team to meet company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance through data-driven analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and optimized performance.
- Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to boost profitability and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns aligned with regional sales goals.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders within the region.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, address issues, and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and build brand presence.
- **Visit colleges and educational institutions to introduce our courses and promote student enrollment.**

**Qualifications**

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any degree

**Skills**:
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Additional Requirements**:
Ability to travel within the region as required to achieve sales objectives and maintain client relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
