Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Purchase Management:
- Maintain records of sales and purchase transactions, including invoices, orders, and receipts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement as needed to meet sales demands.
- Vendor and Manufacturer Visits:
- Conduct visits to vendors and manufacturers to inspect product quality, negotiate pricing, and establish relationships.
- Coordinate production schedules and follow up on order status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Product Packaging and Delivery:
- Oversee the packaging process to ensure products are prepared for delivery according to company standards.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics providers to arrange timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
- Customer Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and order updates.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
