_**Front Desk Operations Admin Executive**_

**Job Summary**: The Front Desk Operations Admin Executive is responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role includes handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing schedules, and performing various administrative tasks to support the operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor badges.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the operations team and other departments as needed.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- **Operations Support**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the implementation of office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about company products or services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of office activities and operations.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup, catering, and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in operations or administrative support.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
