Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff members, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel accommodations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing, and expediting orders.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Create and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant software.
- Assist with basic HR tasks, such as coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
- Handle general office duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and office operations.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
