Job Description as follows:
**Designation **:(EA) Executive Assistance to MD.
**Location**: Sakinaka, Andheri
**Working Time**: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
**Working Mode**: Hybrid Mode
**Working Days**: Mon - Fri
(3 days work from office - 2 days work from home)
**Week offs**: Saturday & Sunday
**Contract period **:1 year
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the main contact between the Managing Director and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Organize and maintain important documents and records related to the Managing Director's office.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for the Managing Director and visiting guests or clients.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- 3 - 4 years of minimum experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels and with external clients.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
