Job - Tele-caller & Client Relation

Job Title - Customer Success Executive

Salary - 15,000 - 45,000

Objectives of this role
- Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods
- Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound tele-calling
- Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a caller
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities using CRM software
- Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements
- Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers
- Effectively Communicate & bridge between Internal Teams & Customers
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support tele-calling efforts
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted outreach
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments to better serve clients

**Responsibilities**:

- Memorise scripts and customise them for the clients as per the situation while tele-calling
- Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients
- Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele-calling
- Report the analysis and observation to the team lead
- Adhere to organisational guidelines and methodology while tele-calling
- Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients

Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or high school
- Effective & Strong communication skills and command of the English, Tamil & Hindi language.
- Previous experience in a tele-caller job or similar role
- Data entry skills to complement the tele-calling work
- Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills
- High Convincing Skills
- Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, and English
- 5 years of tele-calling experience
- Proven track record of lead generation and client communication
- Willingness to travel and meet clients
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications
- Research skills for tele-calling and reaching out to new clientele
- Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints.
- Knowledge of CRM software programs and telephone systems is a big bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
