**Job Description**:
We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager who will be instrumental in ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and success. In this role, you will understand and interpret client needs, oversee project delivery, and ensure the highest quality of design services. You’ll also be responsible for managing client accounts, including billing and support, and play a pivotal role in nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand client objectives to ensure alignment with our services.
- Manage and oversee the design process, ensuring client expectations are met from concept to delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and problem resolution.
- Oversee client account management, including billing and support inquiries.
- Proactively identify opportunities for client account growth and improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role in design, technology, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively.
- Familiarity with design processes and project management tools.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving client success.
