Rocketlane is an exciting and fast-growing SaaS startup with a mission to deliver chaos-free,
- consistent, accelerated, and delightful B2B client project delivery across industries.
The company was founded in April 2020 by second-time entrepreneur trio - Srikrishnan,
- Vignesh, and Deepak. Previously, the trio built a successful in-app messaging (FreshChat)
- startup that was acquired by Freshworks (NASDAQ: FRSH) in 2015.
- Within just six months of launching, Rocketlane was recognized as a G2 Leader. Customers
- worldwide, including Chargebee, Drift, Icertis, Clari have shown early support and appreciation.
Additionally, The Company was named a Gartner Cool Vendor in 2022.
- The Company has raised $21M in capital (we rapped about it) from global VCs such as
- 8VC, Nexus Venture Partners, Matrix Partners India, and super angels like Gokul Rajaram,

**Who We're Looking For**:
We're in search of a reliable and confident individual to engage and support our global customers. Your role? Showcase your Rocketlane expertise, assist customers, and make our product their favourite. You're the kind of person who digs into customer problems by asking the right questions, understanding their needs, and troubleshooting their problems while going to extents to interact with internal teams to bring about a closure to customer problems.
- As the bridge between customers and our behind-the-scenes teams like engineering and product, your clear communication will help internal teams grasp customer needs, while also ensuring customers understand our product plans. Empathy for customer issues is a must, as you'll be representing the face of the company. We need someone focused on customer success, translating to our company’s success.
**What your day to day in the role looks like**:
Connecting with customers worldwide to make Rocketlane their one-stop solution to all project delivery and onboarding woes.-
- Tackle customer issues, be a trusted advisor of Rocketlane, and troubleshoot customer problems like a pro.-
- Dive into customer challenges, get hands-on, and ask the questions that get to the heart of the problems customers face.-
- Translate customer needs into simple language when collaborating with the tech team to solve-
- Function like a part of the customer squad, build connections, and brainstorm solutions alongside the customer.-
- Dive into product know-hows and show you can handle it on your own. Brownie points if you naturally explore our products without constant nudges.-
- Envision yourself as the superhero of customer success: Take their Rocketlane journey to the next level—help them become pros and turn them into success stories.- **What should you do ?**
