We are looking for a passionate **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team. The CSR will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product/service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Respond to Customer Inquiries**:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources and tools.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure full resolution.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Engage customers proactively to ensure they have a positive experience with our products and services.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on company products/services and effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide troubleshooting support for product or service-related inquiries.
- **Data Entry & Documentation**:
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Track customer service metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other teams such as sales, technical support, and product development to ensure comprehensive customer care.
- Share customer feedback to help improve processes, products, and services.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a customer service or support role is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
