- Distributor Channel Sales : Dairy Products

- Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary:
- 25,000 To 35,000 Per Month
Education:
- Diploma / Degree Related to agriculture field
Experience:
- Total Experience : 3 Years with Sales Field
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or dairy industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail outlets and grocery stores to promote and sell dairy products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and features of dairy items.
- Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of dairy products to retailers.
- Monitor inventory levels at retail locations and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Provide product training and support to retailers to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for product placement and promotion.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns for dairy products.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of dairy products and their market dynamics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with retail operations and distribution channels.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software is advantageous.
- Languages : English, Hindi And Marathi.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
