- Employing over 2,000 people globally our in house capabilities encompass design, development, manufacturing and testing to respond quickly and accurately to customer's needs and provide the most reliable connectivity solutions.Reporting to FOCOM Customer Service Manager (EMEA & India), perform full spectrum of customer centric fulfillment activities. Manage all aspects of Contract Review, order processing and enquiries from Customers and Distribution partners (domestic and international) and provide responses and solutions in timely manner.
Support revenue generating activities and other Sales administration as stipulated by CSR Manager (e.g reporting duty)
- This is a Fixed Term Contract position for a duration of 6 months (Maternity Cover) with the opportunity to work 2 days a week from home (3 on site local office), with some flexibility._
Duties & Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Perform full spectrum of Order fulfillment function and ensure on-time delivery
- Review RFQs and generate quotes in CRM system
- Process customer POs in ERP system
- Handle Customer enquiries and complaints with appropriate level of Customer Satisfaction
- Co-ordinate with Planning and Production team for on-time delivery and expedite shipment, as required
- Work with cross-functional team (Sales, Engineer, Quality, Supply Chain, Tech support, Logistic, Planning and Finance, etc) for solution and provide timely response to customers
- Manage raising of inter-company POs on sister organisations
- Administration of digital signatory certificates (DSC) and RFQs via customer and Government web procurement portals
- Gathering and compilation of necessary documents for on time tender submission.
- Coordinating with logistic teams of different CCN / Freight forwarders, clearing agents and sales team (technical queries) for smooth shipment and importing of materials
- Work with the third-party warehouse team on the received materials
- Collaborate with Finance to administer necessary documents/ information for Bank Guarantee request for India Govt customer.
- Support Sales for all aspect of revenue generating activities
- Track business transactions, generate report and other administrative duties as stipulated by CSR Manager, Sales Manager or VP
- Follow SINT Global Processes applicable to the role
The Individual
What you'll definitely need
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of order fulfillment or customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience in manufacturing industry is required.
- Intermediate computer skills are mandatory (Office/Outlook/Microsoft) and knowledge of Salesforce, Glovia or experience of other CRM / ERP systems is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and to communicate effectively, verbally and written English
- Ability to keep composure when dealing with distributor and customer related situations
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform day-to-day duty with strong attention to detail and timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectation.
