Roles and Responsibilities: (Fresher / 1+ Year Experience)
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist + Accounts Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing front desk operations and providing support to our accounting department.
Reception Duties:
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Accounts Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry and maintaining financial records.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Knowledge on Accounting principles and practices
- Responsible for managing financial operations of the company
- Reporting to the management regularly with financial performance of the company
- Cash flow forecast
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Pay: ₹8,850.26 - ₹20,988.40 per month
