**Responsibilities**:
- **Bookkeeping**:
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks software.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and sales.
- **Financial Documentation**:
- Manage and organize financial documentation, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:
- Reconcile bank statements with financial records to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices and payments.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Generate financial reports using QuickBooks, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide regular financial reports to management for decision-making.
- **Tax Compliance**:
- Assist in preparing documentation for tax filings and audits.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- **Communication**:
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of efficient financial systems.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a QuickBooks Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
