Our client is one of India’s well-reputed, SEBI registered, Portfolio Management Services firm and manages the financial savings of about Rs. 3,000 crores, for 1,000+ select clientele across 29 countries worldwide, from its offices in India.
Location: Panampilly Nagar, Cochin ( work from office)
- Ongoing compliance and reporting as required under SEBI PMS regulation - Prepare and submit required monthly, quarterly, annual regulatory and compliance filings, reports, & disclosures to SEBI and other relevant authorities like trustees, custodians, RBI, etc.
- Oversee compliance with internal team members and external auditors on matters relating to MCA, General & Sales Tax, Income Tax, Labour Laws, Information Security, Trademark and all other matters that ensures our compliance with the law of land.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of compliance activities and documentation, ensuring easy access for internal and external review.
- Monitoring of AML/FATCA compliance and its timely reporting to authorities.
- Collaborate with internal team members to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
- Drafting and vetting legal documents, policies, and standard operating procedures on a periodic basis.
**- Certified Company Secretary, Chartered Accountant or a degree in law will be an added advantage.**
- **Min. 3 -5 years of experience handling the compliance, legal, and secretarial functions in allied industries having a working knowledge with SEBI.**
- Excellent in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
- Excellent command of English / Hindi language, communication and relationship building skills
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

- SEBI PMS regulation: 5 years (required)
License/Certification:
- Certification in CS/ CA/degree in law (required)
