International Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective international clients within the B2B sector, introducing our products/services and identifying sales opportunities.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to engage with prospects, build rapport, and convey the value proposition of our offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques and lead generation within the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and a 5-day work week with 2 days off.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International sales: 1 year (required)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
