International Outbound Sales

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in international markets to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating international markets and achieving sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports on sales performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in an international setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in international sale or related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
