**Experience: 8+ Years (Currently Sous Chef Exp in Hotel and Area Chef/Corporate chef/Executive chef Exp in Q.S.R)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strong Cooking Skills in Indian/Chinese Cuisines.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
- Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen
- Coordinate and participate with other Departments of requirements (Stores Indents, Purchase).
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees serve as a role model.
- Strong Communication Skills in Hindi (Speaking).
- Expected Communication skills in Basic English(Write & Read)
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs, minimizing waste while maximizing quality.
- Ensure timely and efficient food service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on kitchen operations and staff scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Address any kitchen-related issues and provide solutions.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques.
- This role requires creativity, leadership, and a commitment to quality.
- Two wheeler & License is mandatory
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Creativity and a passion for cooking.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
