Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as pastries, cakes, cookies, and other
desserts following established recipes and techniques.
- Ensure all baking operations adhere to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and create new baked goods
offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and baking area.
- Adhere to production schedules and timelines to meet customer demand.
- Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a Baker or pastry chef, preferably in a commercial kitchen
environment for at least 1 year.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistently excellent
baked goods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
efficiently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding, organising and executing production in a professional pastry
kitchen.
- Flexibility on work timings - 6 day work week - 9 am to 6:30 pm.
Pay: ₹9,234.34 - ₹45,693.59 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
