**Job Title: Pastry Chef**
**Location: Teynampet, Chennai**

**HORECAH** is a new venture and renowned pastry production unit known for creating exquisite desserts and confections that delight our customers taste buds. We are dedicated to providing high quality products using the finest ingredients and innovative techniques.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Developing new recipes for cakes, pastries, chocolates, and other confections
- Ensuring consistency and quality in all products
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Training and supervising staffs
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborating with management to develop seasonal menus and promotions
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or confectioner, with a portfolio of original creations
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. Any degree but relevant field experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and Flavors profiles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
