Pastry Chef de Partie

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a creative and innovative pastry menu that aligns with our culinary vision and meets customer expectations.
- Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked goods from scratch, following established recipes and techniques.
- Ensure all pastry items are prepared and presented according to company standards for quality, taste, and appearance.
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Train and supervise pastry team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to coordinate menu offerings and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bakery.
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Creative flair and passion for experimenting with new recipes and flavor combinations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Formal culinary training or certification from a recognized culinary institute is preferred but not required.
