Executive Customer Success

We're looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our US Private Markets Customer
Success team. This role is critical in providing top-notch ongoing support to our esteemed
clients and contributing to our broader US market initiatives. The resource is expected to
work as per US shift timings.
Experience 2 to 3 Yrs, BCom, MBA Finance, MCOM, CA INTER. Up to 6 LPA, Hybrid, Excellent English communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse customer behaviour and their product usage and work closely with the
Product team to enhance customer experience
- Utilize Rocketlane for project management, Charge bee for billing query
management, Fresh sales for CRM maintenance, and, primarily, Freshdesk for
ongoing ticket management.
- Assist, when required, in customer platform onboarding, customer reach outs, lead
generation, sales, and product demonstrations as part of US market expansion
efforts.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in startups with a finance background and/or B2B SaaS preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or
professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred
- Knowledge of private markets, cap tables, and employee equity compensation.
- Interest in the VC space
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across borders
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
