**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Handling customer complaints also providing them with solutions, upselling, also to retain customers.
- Ability to take Inbound calls & Outbound Calls.
- Ability to work Under pressure.
**In hand Salary upto 35k (Depending on last drawn)**
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice experience. (Customer Service)
- Excellent communication required.
- Flexible with any 5 days working, 2 rotational week.
- Flexible with 24*7 shift. (Any 9 hours of working)
