**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Linguistic**: Gujarati, Hindi
**Location**: Thane
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
- Provide information about clinic services, treatments, and products.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on appointment confirmations.
- Maintain a database of patient information and interactions.
- Handle patient inquiries, provide answers, and address concerns.
- Promote special offers and promotions.
- Collect feedback and relay it to the clinic management.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and polite phone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Previous tele calling or customer service experience is a plus.
**Working Hours**:10 AM To 7 PM. (Mandatory working on weekends, flexible & 6 days working)
**Kindly note**: Personal phone are not allowed during the working hour.
**Salary**: ₹10,962.92 - ₹16,000.00 per month
