Customer Support Executive

**Job description**
To play a meaningful part within the Sales function, by collaborating across the organization to meet the individual and company objectives effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative assistance to sales team and management
- Maintain a well-organised filing system for administrative and sales activities
- Effective and efficient management of sales leads with the help of sales leads
- Management of administrative activities including customer interactions and fulfill customer service needs.
- Data entry management and execution including sending quotations and follow up of receivables
- Data management, facilitate creation of sales orders and order processing and management
- Achievement of monthly, annual sales revenue / receivables targets
- Periodically Meeting & visiting customers and stakeholders
- Ensure interdepartmental collaboration to deliver First Time Right, On Time Every time and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings for business development
**Key Skills**:
- Self-Motivated, Resilient, and driven by targets
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Commercial awareness including IT & numerical skills
- Time Management Skills, Attention to Detail, Organized
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
