Prontosys IT Services is seeking a proactive and dedicated Support Executive to provide exceptional client support and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to resolve client problems and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Ensuring accurate tracking, prompt resolution, and documentation of all client interactions.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, providing them with necessary information and guidance on services.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on products and services as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company services and industry trends to offer informed support.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
