We provide Digital Health Risk Assessments, Doctor's chat, webinar, Health expert chat, digital Health coach, blogs and articles.
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services and handle customer inquiries. Your role will involve engaging with prospects, providing product/service information, and persuading them to take the desired action. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided contact lists or databases.
- Introduce our products/services to customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions.
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Use effective sales techniques and persuasive language to encourage customers to make a purchase or take the desired action.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all interactions with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system, including details of interactions and outcomes.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager or team leader.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to share feedback, insights, and best practices for improving sales performance.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Persuasive abilities and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
