**JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned existing clients.Act as the main point of contact between the Movin and assigned clients.
- Address customer issues promptly and work to resolve problems to maintain a positive relationship.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer support to solve customer escalations and issues as per TAT.
- Visits customers to confirm their satisfaction and gather feedback to improve Movin services.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients and thus share the maximizing revenue by working closely with respective BGMs
- Shares customer problems with managers and operations teams to provide awareness on recurring customer issues.
- Maintains and monitors records of customer information and account performance with respect to escalations, complaints and CSAT.
- Reviews various Business Information and Analysis reporting tools to assess account performance and generate reports for management.

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or business development in B2B domain.
- A track record of successful client relationship management and achievement of sales targets.
- Good listening skills and the ability to manage severe customer escalations.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

**Relevant Experience**:

- 3-5 years’ Sales experience in Logistics Industry.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships across medium and large size customers.
- Experience in working with multiple industry segments preferred.
- Ability to communicate in regional languages.
