**Position Title: Front Office Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and Assist Visitors**: Welcome guests, clients, and employees as they arrive at the front office. Provide courteous assistance and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointment calendars and schedule meetings for staff members. Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure all necessary resources are available for scheduled meetings.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing. Assist with sorting and distributing mail and packages.
- **Maintain Front Desk Area**: Keep the front office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked and equipment is in working order.
- **Security Procedures**: Monitor access to the premises and enforce security protocols as necessary. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
- **Handle Emergencies**: Remain calm and composed during emergency situations. Follow established procedures for evacuations, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
- **Customer Service**: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. Strive to resolve issues promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
- **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work collaboratively with other departments and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.

- **Professionalism**: Maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies and procedures, and represent the organization in a professional manner at all times.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification or training in office administration or customer service is a plus.
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
