We're seeking a passionate Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team and revolutionize home automation. You'll be the driving force behind our success, identifying new clients, crafting custom solutions, and exceeding sales targets.
**In this role, you'll**:

- **Become a client confidante**: Conduct in-depth consultations, understanding client needs and challenges to provide perfect-fit solutions.
- **Showcase the magic of automation**: Demonstrate our innovative solutions, igniting client enthusiasm with clear presentations.
- **Strategize for success**: Develop winning sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- **Close the deal**: Craft compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure client commitments.
- **Deliver exceptional service**: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- **Stay ahead of the curve**: Continuously learn about industry trends and competitor advancements to identify new possibilities.
- **Be a voice of innovation**: Represent our company at industry events, advocating for smarter homes.
**We're looking for someone who**:
- **Thrives in sales**: Possesses at least 1+ years of relevant sales experience with a 2+ year overall work history.
- **Holds a degree**: Has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Has a proven track record**: Demonstrates a history of exceeding sales targets in home automation or similar sectors.
- **Communicates with confidence**: Excels in communication, presentations, and negotiation.
- **Is a self-starter**: Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and a go-getter attitude.
- **Masters technology**: Is proficient in CRM software and various sales tools.
- **Embraces travel**: Is willing to travel within the assigned territory.
**Bonus points if you have**:
- **A growth mindset**: Believes in continuous learning and improvement.
- **A positive attitude**: Maintains an optimistic and enthusiastic outlook.
- **Experience in Tech Sales**: Has experience selling technology solutions (minimum 1 year).
- **Home Automation Savvy**: Has prior experience in the home automation or home theater industry.
- **A way with words**: Possesses strong written communication skills.
**Education**: B.E, B.Tech, Engineering Diploma (or equivalent)
**Compensation**: INR 240,000 - 360,000 LPA
