Business Operations Administrator

**Role Description**
**Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for
- Working with the consultancy, software development, product, commercial, business operations and colleague management teams to govern our internal operations and embed a positive work environment and culture across our global teams.
- Utilising the Service Desk system to organise and deliver all daily activities.
- Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.
- Proactively delivering the governance responsibilities of our business areas to ensure our client products and services are successfully delivered.
- Proactive administration activities for our business areas.
- Organising meetings and taking minutes as required.
- Updating intellectual property and collateral to ensure it is up to date and consistent.
- Ensuring our processes (and supporting policies) are documented in the agreed systems.
- Maintaining internal standards and documentation associated with areas of responsibilities.
- Training our colleagues and providing first line advice on our internal systems, standards, policies and processes.
- Creating and developing intellectual property in-line with client requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting on the service desk, and providing support as required.
- Administration of company events.
- Overseeing the day to day running of the offices, including office supplies, renovations, maintenance and moves.
- Organising accommodation, logistics, and travel for colleagues and visitors.
- Managing general administrative tasks related to business operations & colleague management.
- Supporting the executive team on general activities as directed, including reporting.
- Conducting research on market insights, business opportunities, industry trends, competing organisations, customer demographics, new technologies and more.
- Proactive reporting on agreed key business metrics.
- Providing regular briefings and reports about risks and issues which affect our business and could impact the future aspirations of our business.
- Administrating the core components of our quality standard frameworks, including ISO:9001, in relation to the areas of responsibility outlined under the role.
- Providing suggestions and areas of improvement back into the business to help improve our products and services.
- Presenting both written and verbal outputs directly to various stakeholders (internally and externally) in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicating with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Escalating risks and issues to the management team.
**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant qualifications in business management, IT, data protection, data analytics or a related field.
- An understanding of management principles, ideally project management.
- An understanding of a professional services environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering strong administrative support to teams.
- Excellent IT and navigational skills throughout Google Workspace.
**Professional Development Responsibilities**
You will be required to:
- Make recommendations about areas of improvement or development within the business.
- Drive personal continued professional development in line with the business objectives.
- Provide training and support to colleagues within the business and ensure their continuous development.
- Identify new trends in technologies and structure training strategies for the team to help them adopt it.

You will need to:
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably required.
- Work with other departments and colleagues to aid the successful completion of business priorities.
