Administrative Business Partner

**Minimum qualifications**:
- 2 years of experience in administrative roles in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- 1 year of experience working in direct executive support.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 3 years of experience working with executives or supporting teams on the administrative front.
- Experience with calendar management over international timezones, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
- Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
- Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Effective organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities with mínimal guidance.
**About the job**:
As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute on administrative tasks with mínimal supervision (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, exec expense management, event and budget management).
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization you are supporting. Use your judgment and discretion to make decisions with mínimal guidance.
- Participate and occasionally be part of the organizing committee for administrative community activities within the organization or office site.
- Exhibit highest standards for maintaining confidentiality, and develop a clear understanding of internal systems and policies.
