We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Chat Support Representative at e-commerce. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat interactions.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
2. Assist customers with product information, order status, refunds, and other queries related to e-commerce services.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
6. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Identify and report recurring customer issues to help improve overall customer satisfaction.
8. Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
9. Continuously strive to enhance personal knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat-based environment.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping customers.
6. Proficient in using chat support tools and CRM software.
7. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and have rotational weekoffs.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
