**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the MD's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and visa processing.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the MD.
- Assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings, ensuring timely execution of decisions and tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and handling inquiries and requests.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Organize and coordinate special events, functions, and corporate hospitality activities as directed by the MD.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks to support the MD's daily operations effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software/tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining trustworthiness.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a corporate or executive office environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of business etiquette, protocol, and professional standards.
- Additional language proficiency may be an asset, depending on the organization's international context.
- Certification or training in executive administration or office management.
