Techieshubhdeep IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and motivated Freelancer Bidder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing projects from online freelance platforms. The position offers a fixed base salary plus attractive incentives based on performance, making it ideal for someone with a results-oriented approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Develop effective bidding strategies to secure projects in web development, software development, data science, and academic writing.
- Understand client requirements and prepare compelling proposals tailored to each project.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure project requirements are met within deadlines and budgets.
- Track and analyze bidding performance, making adjustments to maximize success.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Freelancer Bidder or in a similar role, with a track record of securing projects.
- Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms and freelance marketplaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into winning proposals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
