- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
- Track interactions and progress with leads to ensure effective follow-up.
- Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system.
- Utilize online databases, social media, and industry publications to find potential leads
- Use scripts or frameworks provided by the company to effectively communicate and engage prospects.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 0-6 months of experience in Lead Generation
- Fundamental knowledge of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer engagement principles.
- Knowledge and skills for CRM, lead generation
- Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management
- A willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to new methods in lead generation and sales processes.
- Ability to pay close attention to customer needs and feedback.
- Willingness to work night shifts as per job requirements.
- Ability to adapt to evolving processes and learn new tools or techniques as needed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with potential leads and team members.
