Position Overview:
As a Sales Officer at Uji Foods, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and distribution of our beverages. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities to expand our market reach. Your expertise in sales, excellent communication skills, and passion for our products will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.

Identify potential market opportunities and devise action plans to capitalize on them.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Uji Foods.

Proactively address client needs, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.

Conduct regular client visits and engage in productive discussions to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

New Business Development:
Identify and prospect potential customers, distributors, and business partners to expand the customer base.

Present Uji Foods' products to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both Uji Foods and the customer.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.

Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitor insights.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate sales effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

Product Knowledge and Training:
Develop a deep understanding of Uji Foods' beverage products, including ingredients, flavors, and health benefits.

Conduct product training sessions for clients, distributors, and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals and build long-term relationships.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify market trends.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a genuine interest in Uji Foods' products.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
