TheSales Officer (SO) will play a pivotal role in meeting home loantargets within their assigned geography. They will be responsiblefor identifying and cultivating new sources nurturing relationshipswith existing sources and ensuring efficiency and productivity intheir designated area. The SO will work closely with theirsupervisor to map out the area maintain reports manage channelpartner recruitment and enhance customer experience througheffective relationshipmanagement.

Role &Responsibilities:

  • Area/Lane /GeographyMapping:

    • Conduct regularlanetolane/area mapping in the assigned geography with guidancefrom the supervisor.
    • Identify newsources within the allocated area and provide progress updatesduring teamhuddles.
  • SourceRelationshipManagement:

    • Cultivate andmaintain strong relationships with all assigned and identifiedsources within thegeography/area.
  • MaintainReports:

    • Keep accurate anduptodate reports related to sales activities in the prescribedformat.
    • Maintain a daily diary ofactivities as per companyguidelines.
  • ChannelPartner Recruitment:

    • Assessthe need for appointing channel partners and initiate recruitmentefforts asrequired.
  • TeamHuddle:

    • Attend daily teamhuddles as part of the establishedprocess.
  • CustomerRelationshipManagement:

    • Enhance customerexperience by developing and sustaining relationships withclients.
  • Completionof File:

    • Ensure the timelyand accurate submission of complete application forms documentationandinformation.

Requirements

  • Graduatecandidates with good communication and interpersonalskilss
  • Thorough knowledge of all mortgage loansproducts and familiarity with competitorsofferings.
  • Demonstrated ability toeffectively sell products and provide necessary services tocustomers.
  • Proficiency in analyzingcredit documents to determineeligibility.
  • Skilled in handlingobjections fromcustomers.
