As part of our growth plans, we are hiring a Senior Executive - Sales & Service. This is a full time role and the position is based at our Head Office in Faridabad, Haryana.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Executive - Sales & Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all inbound leads and enquiries, attending to customer calls, allocating tasks to the appropriate teams, maintaining MIS, achieving revenue targets, and managing and growing our service partner network.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Manage all inbound leads/enquiries:

  - Handle incoming leads and enquiries from various channels such as phone calls, emails, and website inquiries.

  - Ensure timely and effective response to all inquiries to maximize conversion rates.


2. Allocate Leads to Team:

  - Allocate product enquiries/leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.

  - Allocate service enquiries to the customer service team for resolution and support.


3. Maintain MIS & Follow up on Daily Tasks:

  - Maintain accurate records of all leads, enquiries, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  - Follow up on daily tasks, ensuring timely completion and resolution.


4. Achieve Revenue Targets from Sales & Service:

  - Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets for both sales and service verticals.

  - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue generation.


5. Manage & Grow the Service Partner Network:

  - Identify potential service partners and onboard them into the network.

  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing service partners to ensure quality service delivery.

  - Continuously explore opportunities to expand and grow the service partner network to enhance service coverage.


Eligibility & Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience in sales and customer service roles, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Experience in managing service partner networks is a plus.
