Job Summary:
The Admin Executive with Accounts Responsibility is a multifaceted role that combines
administrative support and basic accounting tasks. The individual in this position will ensure
the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks.
Office Management:
Maintain office supplies and equipment; ensure inventory is up-to-date.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for multiple senior team members
Maintain organization’s database
Assist the Manager in organizing internal events, meetings, workshops, and conferences
Assist the Manager in preparing reports
Provide general support to visitors
Overseeing the pantry requirements and ordering supplies
Assist the Manager with travel plans and itineraries of the team and prepare expense
reports with due input from the employee concerned
Handle printing and collating work
Maintain cleanliness of office premises and equipment. .
Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed
Financial/Accounting
Financial records and transactions (day-to-day petty cash, settling of bills and invoices
etc.)
Prepare and process invoices and manage cash flow
Maintain financial records and files
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of two years experience in admin roles with accounting responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Skills
Detail-oriented and capable to prioritize
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Strong numeracy skills and ability to work with financial data
