Job Summary:

The Admin Executive with Accounts Responsibility is a multifaceted role that combines

administrative support and basic accounting tasks. The individual in this position will ensure

the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks.


Office Management:

 Maintain office supplies and equipment; ensure inventory is up-to-date.

 Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for multiple senior team members

 Maintain organization’s database

 Assist the Manager in organizing internal events, meetings, workshops, and conferences

 Assist the Manager in preparing reports

 Provide general support to visitors

 Overseeing the pantry requirements and ordering supplies

 Assist the Manager with travel plans and itineraries of the team and prepare expense

reports with due input from the employee concerned

 Handle printing and collating work

 Maintain cleanliness of office premises and equipment. .

 Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed


Financial/Accounting

 Financial records and transactions (day-to-day petty cash, settling of bills and invoices

etc.)

 Prepare and process invoices and manage cash flow

 Maintain financial records and files


Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum of two years experience in admin roles with accounting responsibilities

Proficiency in MS Office


Skills

Detail-oriented and capable to prioritize

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail

Ability to multitask

Strong numeracy skills and ability to work with financial data
