**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports
- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
- Monthly GST Working.
- Daily Stock maintaining / Stock inventory management
- Handling petty Cash Records/ Maintaining office expense sheet
- Maintain Sales Purchase Registers properly
- Maintaining conveyance sheet
- Coordinator’s performance sheet
- Sending requirement to sites
- Updating attendance sheet
- Month end invoicing of sites
- Maintain daily sales report
- Documentation
- Assist HR and Accounts department.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
